A Better Way

To day i learned how to to solve problems with getting in to a fight etc...website it gave me new ideas and how to handle my problems with out using violence or calling them bad names. one of the ways was to leave the room were the problem is at. Or take a short walk to clear your mind of the problem. my tip for anyone is to think of some thing happy like family, sports, school, boyfriend/girlfriend etc... if does don't work think of somthing good you did for someone else. Then once you clear your head and calm down. Go back a confront the person about the problem. Last say your sorry because you will be the adult not the other person.
